Walker Crips plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 17 April 2018 of the following transaction by connected persons of Lim Hua Min, Non-Executive Director, of the Company.
On 17 April 2018, Lim Hua Min purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 6 2/3 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 37 pence per Ordinary Share through connected persons who are members of his family constituting a concert party for disclosure purposes ("Lim Hua Min's Connected Persons").
Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of Lim Hua Min's Connected Persons is 10,099,163 Ordinary Shares, representing 23.95% of the issued share capital of the Company.
