Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 25 July 2019 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan completed the acquisition of 65,388 ordinary shares (comprising of 32,694 Partnership and 32,694 Matching shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 27p. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their July salary. The Matching shares are purchased for the employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibility criteria.
Sean Lam acquired 553 Partnership shares and 553 Matching shares, giving him a total of 48,978 held in his Share Incentive Plan.
