Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 26 July 2011 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan acquired 59,136 ordinary shares (comprising 7,523 Partnership shares, 11,273 Matching shares and 40,340 Dividend shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 52p. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their July salary. The Matching shares are purchased for the employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibility criteria.

A number of Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities within Walker Crips Group plc, as contributors to the plan, have acquired the following interests in the shares:-
