Change of Name to Marwyn Acquisition Company Plc
AIM Rule 26 Website Change
Following shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 31 December 2020, the Company announces that the Jersey Registrar of Companies has registered the change of name and accordingly the Company is now named Marwyn Acquisition Company Plc.
With effect from 8:00 a.m. tomorrow, trading on AIM will commence under the Company's new name and the new TIDM will be MACP (previously WCH). The Company's ISIN JE00BZBYC658 and SEDOL BZBYC65 remain unchanged.
Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name.
In order to reflect the Company's new name, the Company's website address will be changed to www.marwynacplc.com with effect from 8:00am tomorrow. The information required pursuant to AIM Rule 26 will be available at this address.
The Company also announces that Crestbridge Corporate Services Limited has been appointed to provide company secretarial and Jersey-regulated administrative services to the Company replacing Axio Capital Solutions Limited, and accordingly the Company's registered office will move to 47 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 0BD.
