Update re: Nominated Adviser

The Directors of Obtala are pleased to announce that further to the Company's announcement of 1 November 2018, the Company has identified a replacement Nominated Adviser ("Nomad") and the due diligence process, which is required to be undertaken on the Company, has commenced.

Although no guarantees can be given at this stage, the Company's Directors are pleased with the progress made to date and are confident that Obtala will be in a position to announce the appointment of the new Nomad in advance of 1 February 2019.

A further announcement will be made in due course.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR").
