Total voting rights
Woodbois Limited (AIM: WBI), a leading company in the international timber industry, confirms that the issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement is 5,199,179,349 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each, with one voting right per ordinary share. The Company holds 19,138,147 Ordinary Shares in treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 5,180,041,202.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
