Qonnectis plc15 November 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 15 November 2005 Qonnectis plc Agreement with leading French water meter manufacturer Qonnectis plc, the telematics and IT services provider to the utility andbusiness energy and water user markets, announces that, via its French businesspartner Distec, it has secured its first OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)agreement and initial order with Compteurs Farnier whereby Qonnectis' meterreading products and services will be "white-labelled" and sold under theFarnier brand. Compteurs Farnier, a leading French manufacturer of water meters for thedomestic and industrial markets, is an established supplier to majorinternational French water companies, such as Generale des Eaux, Lyonnaise desEaux and SAUR, as well as other utilities in France, the USA and Canada. Following successful testing of Qonnectis' "iStaq" meter-reading device and"myMeter" web services, Farnier will now market a Farnier-branded("monCompteur") remote meter reading solution to its customers as a value-addedservice. The Qonnectis solution will allow Farnier's water meters to be readfully remotely at regular intervals (of as little as 15 minutes).
