Issue of Options
Water Intelligence plc (AIM:WATR.L) a leading multinational provider of precision, minimally-invasive leak detection and remediation solutions for both potable and non-potable water announces it has granted options for employees and directors as part of its incentives for performance and retention. The Group has granted 440,000 options, exercisable at 500 pence each, representing a 22.0 per cent. premium to the closing mid-market price of the Company's Ordinary Shares on 6 July 2023 of 410 pence. These options carry a vesting period of 4 years.
Employees were granted 350,000 options. The Board were granted 90,000 options.
