Water Intelligence plc, a leading provider of water monitoring products and leak detection and remediation services, announces the appointment of David Silverstone as Non-Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect. Mr. Silverstone is currently President and Chairman of Science Park Development Corporation at Yale University. The following information is provided in compliance with the AIM Rules:

In addition to the above, David Silverstone, aged 65, is currently a director of or has been a director in the past five years of the following companies:

Mr Silverstone has confirmed there is no additional information under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM rules which needs to be disclosed.

Dr. Patrick DeSouza, Executive Chairman of Water Intelligence, commented:

First, he brings senior-level water industry expertise in the US market which will help the expansion of our American Leak franchise business. Second, David is ideally positioned to help Water Intelligence with water-related innovation and commercialization at Yale in order to reinforce our product roadmap and brand leadership in the industry. Finally, David has had a breadth of operating experience in the utilities industry which includes not only water but also gas and electricity.
