JSC VTB Bank22 June 2007 22 June 2007 JSC VTB Bank Announces Results of Annual General Shareholders Meeting JSC VTB Bank ("VTB") held its Annual General Shareholders Meeting on 20 June2007, where the following decisions were taken. Dividend: VTB announces a 2006 dividend payment of RUR 0.00066 per outstanding ordinaryregistered share of the Bank with a nominal value of RUR 0.01. The totaldividend payment will amount to RUR 3.44 billion, which accounts for 20% of VTBBank's total net profit for the FY2006. This is a considerable increase comparedto the FY2005 results when the total dividend payment was RUR 1.7 billion, or13% of the total profit gained.
