Victoria Oil & Gas PLC13 March 2007 Victoria Oil & Gas Plc 13 March 2007 Additional Listing and Directors' Share interests Victoria Oil & Gas Plc ("Victoria" or "the Company") the oil and gas developmentcompany focused in the Former Soviet Union announces today that on 13 March 2007it allotted conditional to admission a further 8,225,143 Ordinary Shares of 0.5pence each in the Company. Of these, 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares have been issued to the trustee of theCompany's employee share ownership plan trust set up in respect of the 5%discretionary bonus scheme and a further 3,026,451 Ordinary Shares have beenissued in lieu of cash payment to advisers. The Company also allotted 198,692 Ordinary Shares to employees and Directors inlieu of cash salary at a weighted average month-end market price of 71 pence forthe six month period ended 31 January 2007. These share allotments rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issuedOrdinary Shares in the Company. Application has been made to the London StockExchange for these shares to be quoted on AIM and it is expected that dealingswill commence on 19 March 2007. The total issued share capital of Victoriafollowing this allotment will be 123,875,207 shares, which includes a downwardadjustment of 1,096 shares that were previously allotted in error.
