Distribution of Capital from Share Premium Account Completed
Ho Chi Minh City - VinaLand Limited, the AIM-quoted investment vehicle established to target strategic segments within Vietnam's emerging real estate market, announces today that following the Company's announcement on 07 December 2017, it has successfully distributed USD60.4 million or USD33 cents per ordinary share (the "Distribution") from the Company's share premium account to shareholders on the register on 15 December 2017.
