Transaction in Own Shares
VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 21 March 2025, it purchased 7,345 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 377.50 pence per Ordinary Share to be held in treasury.
In total, since the last Annual General Meeting the Company has repurchased 224,685 Ordinary Shares.
Following the above purchase VNH has 23,565,454 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue plus 174,685 which are held as Treasury Shares.
