Restricted Share Plan ("RSP") - Vesting of 2021 Award
Videndum plc ("the Company") announces that the following transaction was undertaken by Andrea Rigamonti, Group Chief Financial Officer, in the ordinary shares of the Company on 1 October 2024 in connection with the vesting of the remainder of the RSP award granted to him on 16 November 2021.
