Ventus VCT plc29 February 2008 Ventus VCT plc29 February 2008 VENTUS VCT PLC Investment Update Announcement Ventus VCT plc (the 'Company') presented its second interim management statementfor the financial year ending 29 February 2008 on 17 January 2008, as requiredby the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 4.3. This investment update announcement summarises the status of investments sincethe publication of the last interim management statement. Investments Since the date of the last interim management statement the Company has madefurther investments in six companies of £4.9 million in aggregate. As at thedate of this announcement the Company has therefore invested a total of £12.8million in fifteen companies. £9.8 million of the Company's total investments have been invested in qualifyingholdings for the purposes of HM Revenue and Customs VCT regulations. The Companyis therefore in compliance with the requirement to hold no less than 70% of itstotal investments in qualifying holdings. Further details of all investments will be provided in the Investment Manager'sReport in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the period ending 29February 2008.
