Vela Technologies Plc ("Vela" or "the Company") Total Voting Rights 31 October 2013 In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market that as at 31October 2013, the issued share capital of Vela with voting rights attachedconsisted of 152,512,641 ordinary shares of 0.1p each with one vote perordinary share. There are no shares held in Treasury.
