Board Changes

Deal Group Media plc (AIM: DGM.L), an independent online marketing group, is pleased to announce that Tang Mei Lin Zoe ("Zoe Tang"), aged 45, has been appointed to the Board as Finance Director with immediate effect.

Zoe brings over 20 years of financial experience to the Company. Prior to joining the Group, she was Chief Financial Officer at Conergy Pte Ltd, a renewable energy company, where she was responsible for the restructuring of the regional legal entities, regional M&A work, and all central financial functions. Prior to that, Zoe acted as Vice President of Finance at Robert Bosch, an innovative high-quality automotive technology company. Her role included working on regional M&A in South East Asia and streamlining financial processes.

Commenting on the appointment, Adrian Moss, CEO, said: "I am delighted to welcome Zoe to the Board. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience from her time at Robert Bosch, and we are delighted that she is joining the Board. Her significant regional experience will also be invaluable as the Group continues in its Asia-Pac growth strategy."

Dominic Trigg has stepped down from the Board as Non-Executive Director of the Group with immediate effect in order to pursue other business opportunities.

The Board wishes to thank Dominic for his contribution and wishes him well for the future. 

Until September 2007 Tang Mei Lin Zoe was a Director of Robert Bosch (SEA) Pte Ltd (a Bosch subsidiary incorporated in Singapore).

There are no further disclosures to be made regarding this appointment under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) (ii) of the AIM rules
