Deal Group Media PLC18 January 2006 Press Release 18 January 2006 Deal Group Media plc Board Changes The Board is pleased to confirm that the guidance for 2005 is maintained.Christmas trading has been consistent with the company's expectations. Following a review of the business by the Chairman John Porter, the Board havedecided to make the following immediate management changes. Andrew Dickson,Chief Financial Officer, will combine this role with Chief Operating Officer andwill report directly to the Chairman. Andrew will be responsible for Groupoperations and technology. As part of this review Mark Hopwood, the ChiefTechnical Officer, has resigned and will be leaving the Company at the end ofJanuary. Adrian Moss will continue as CEO, and will focus on the international expansionof the business and developing new areas of business in this evolving market. After a review by the Remuneration Committee it has been decided to issue4,000,000 additional share options to Andrew Dickson due to his new role withinthe business, at the mid price as at 4:30pm on Tuesday 17th January. Deal Group Media will announce Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2005on Monday 16th March.
