Director's Shareholding
The Company was informed today that the D W Mann Children's Trust 1983 has, on 12 October 2009, purchased 15,000 shares in the Company at 160p per share. David Mann, Chairman of Velti, is deemed to have an interest in the shares held by the D W Mann Children's Trust 1983 and is therefore now interested in 124,765 shares representing 0.33% of the Company's issued share capital.
