ON 2 MARCH 2015, PURSUANT TO A FINANCING ARRANGEMENT WITH BANK OF AMERICA NA, LONDON BRANCH ("BAML"), BAML RELEASED A SECURITY GRANTED OVER 6,243,327 ORDINARY SHARES (REPRESENTING 2.31 PER CENT OF THE ORDINARY SHARES IN THE CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY, EXCLUDING SHARES HELD IN TREASURY) (THE "SHARES").

THE ARRANGEMENT INVOLVES THE TRANSFER OF THE SHARES OUT OF MERRILL LYNCH INTERNATIONAL AS CUSTODIAN FOR VOLCAN INVESTMENTS LIMITED FOR SECURITY PROVIDED BY VOLCAN IN FAVOUR OF BAML.
