Van Elle Holdings plc (AIM:VANL) announces that it has been notified that Mrs Mary Nelson, PCA of Mr Frank Nelson, Non-Executive Chairman, has purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each at a price of 47.5 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mrs Nelson holds a total of 140,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.13% of the Company's voting share capital.
