The Company was informed that on 19 December 2017, Nicholas Lyth (Non-executive Director) purchased 450,000 ordinary shares in the Company on that date, details of which are set out below. Following these purchases, Nicholas Lyth is now interested in 1.2 million Ordinary Shares, representing 0.31 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
