Directorate change
UniVision (AIM: UVEL), the Hong Kong based group whose principal activities are the supply, design, installation and maintenance of closed-circuit television ("CCTV") and surveillance systems, and the sale of security related products, announces that Ivor Shrago, Non-executive Director, has tendered his resignation as a director and will leave the Company on 23 November 2022, after four years with the Company. The Company will look to appoint a replacement and a further announcement will be made in due course.
