FY 2022 Results

Upland Resources Limited (LSE: UPL), is pleased to announce the publication of its audited annual report and financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2022 ("2022 Report").

A copy of the 2022 Report will be posted to shareholders in November along with a Notice of Meeting ahead of our 2022 AGM which will be held on 8 December 2022. Further to its announcement on 25 October 2022 regarding the placement of 124,000,000 ordinary shares, a Listing Application has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to listing on the Official List (standard listing segment) of the FCA and to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. Admission of the placing shares will occur on 2 November 2022.

Total Voting Rights and Admission 

Following Admission, the Company will have 810,768,853 shares of no par value in issue, each with one vote per share (and none of which are held in treasury). The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 810,768,853 . This figure of 810,768,853 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for calculations to determine if they have a notifiable interest in the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, or if such interest has changed.
