2023 Results & Lifting of Temporary Suspension

Upland Resources Limited (LSE: UPL), is pleased to announce the publication of its audited annual report and financial statements for the 18-month financial period ended 31 December 2023 ("2023 Report").

A copy of the 2023 Report will be posted to shareholders on request otherwise the 2023 Report will also be available to view on the Company's website:

A copy of the 2023 Report will also be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") for the lifting of the temporary Suspension of the Company's listing and trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange that was put into place on May 1st 2024. The Company's re-listing will take effect on receipt of approval from the FCA.
