Universe Group PLC26 January 2007 26 January 2007 Universe Group plc ("Universe" or the "Company") Result of EGM At the Company's EGM held earlier today, the resolutions to approve, the sale ofBellword Sarl to Prime Bureau Limited, and the proposed placing of 6,225,000 newordinary shares to raise £373,500 before expenses, were both approved. The new ordinary shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM witheffect from 8.00 am on Monday 29 January 2007.
