Umeco plc - Notification of changes in interests of Directors or PDMRs and their connected persons

Umeco plc announces that on 18 July 2011 it was notified of the following changes to the interests of Andrew Moss and his connected persons in 25 pence ordinary shares in Umeco plc, which occurred on 14 July 2011. There is no change in Andrew Moss' total beneficial interest as a result of these changes, which arise from transfers of shares between the registered names in which his beneficial interest is held. These transfers are connected with the movement of shares into ISA and SIPP arrangements.
