Directorate change
The Board of Ultrasis announces that Penelope Tembra will be standing down as Finance Director with effect from 1 July 2014 to pursue other career opportunities.
The Company is in discussions with potential replacements for the role and will update the market in due course.
John Smith, Chief Executive of Ultrasis, said "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Penny for her significant contribution to the Company during the past decade. We wish her every success in the future."
