ULS Technology plc (AIM:ULS), Ā the provider of online platforms to support UK consumers moving home,Ā was notified that on 17 February 2021, Jesper With-Fogstrup, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchasedĀ 25,000Ā Ordinary Shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 92p a share.

Following the transaction, Jesper With-Fogstrup's total interest in the Company will now be 25,000Ā Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
