Business Post Group PLC28 March 2008 28 March 2008 BUSINESS POST GROUP PLC DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING Business Post Group plc ("the Company") announces that Peter Kane, Chairman, hastoday transferred his personal holding in the Company, which amounts to11,560,834 ordinary shares (21.2%) to his son John Kane. Peter Kane retains an interest in 6,672,967 ordinary shares (12.2%) of theCompany's ordinary shares. Following this transfer Mr John Kane now holds 15,014,167 ordinary shares(27.5%) of the Company's ordinary shares. This transfer is a result of a re-organisation of holdings within the Kanefamily. This transfer does not change the long term structure of the Kane familyshareholding. The total holding in the Company of the Kane family remains unchanged at 58.4%.
