Appointment of Non-Executive Director

UK Mail Group PLC ("UK Mail") announces that Jessica Burley will join the Board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 September 2012. Jessica has a wide range of commercial and marketing experience and is currently the CEO of M/Six, a fast growing international media agency based in London and owned by WPP plc. She has also held non-executive director roles at Jacques Vert Plc and TalkTalk Plc.
There are no further details relating to Jessica which require disclosure under LR 9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
