In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc ("the Company") announces that on 31 December 2025 the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue in the Company is 178,261,391. No shares were held in treasury.

The above figure (178,261,391) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
