Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of 2019 Annual General Meeting
Urban&Civic plc (the "Company") announces that Notice of its 2019 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2018 have been dispatched to shareholders. The documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm. They can also be viewed on the Company's website at www.urbanandcivic.com.
Duncan Hunter, Senior Independent Director, has announced that he will not be standing for re-election at the AGM. He will be succeeded in this role by Ian Barlow.
