Total Voting Rights and Change to Block Listing
Following the vesting of conditional awards on 26 May 2016 over 152,460 ordinary shares of 50p each in U and I Group PLC (the Company) in respect of conditional awards made on 29 May 2013 under the Development Securities PLC* Performance Share Plan 2006, the Company has released and allotted 152,460 ordinary shares of 50p each from the block listing maintained in respect of these options.
Following the allotment of these shares the Company confirms its total issued share capital is 125,226,740 ordinary shares, of which 118,792 are held as Treasury Shares; leaving a balance of 125,107,948 shares with voting rights. This figure 125,107,948 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
* The Company changed its name to U and I Group PLC on 5 November 2015.
