U+I has agreed extension in the maturity of its €47 million of unsecured loan notes to 2024
U+I (LSE:UAI), the specialist regeneration developer and investor, announces that, further to the disclosure made in its preliminary results on 8 July 2020, it has now signed a three-year extension to the maturity of its €47 million of unsecured loan notes to April 2024.
