Significant REOrder of Terminix SafeShield™ from TERMINIX100% increase from early 2010 order

TyraTech, Inc. (AIM: TYR), a leading independent novel pesticide company for human, animal and environmental health is pleased to announce that it has received a significant reorder of the Company's co-branded Terminix SafeShield™ product from Terminix International ("Terminix"), the largest professional pest control company in the world.

This is the second significant reorder received under the Company's expanded exclusive strategic business relationship agreement with Terminix, as announced in February this year, and represents a very significant increase in product volume from 2010. The order will be shipped to Terminix during Q4 2010 and through 2011.

Terminix SafeShield™ is a co-branded natural insect control product that targets common household pests, including ants, roaches, flies, spiders and other common household insects. Terminix markets and distributes the product into the US residential pest control market in an easy-to-use, 16-ounce non-aerosol spray bottle. Terminix SafeShield™ features TyraTech's proprietary Nature's Technology™ platform, an innovative natural pest control technology that delivers the highest level of potency with an enhanced safety profile.

Terminix provides pest control for over 3 million residential and commercial customers against all types of pests in 45 US states and in 14 countries internationally through its network of 864 branches and franchise locations worldwide. TyraTech has developed a series of products from its proprietary natural ingredients that have been engineered to deliver powerful insect control that is safe for use in homes. Terminix SafeShield™ has been developed under TyraTech's agreement with Terminix which combines and leverages Terminix's strong brand and position as a seasoned market leader in pest control with TyraTech technology and innovation capabilities. Now approaching the third year of distribution, the demand for Terminix SafeShield™ has consistently increased every year.
