TyraTech, Inc. (AIM: TYR and TYRU), a life sciences technology company focused on nature-derived insect and parasite control products, announces that Erica Boisvert, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 14th September 2016 at a price of USD 0.0285 per ordinary share.
Following this transaction, Ms. Boisvert is interested in 600,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.16 per cent of TyraTech issued share capital (voting rights), as per the following table:-
