Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 24 June 2011 Alan Reade, Executive Chairman of the Tyratech, completed the purchase of 28,000 common shares of $0.001 each in the Company ("Common Shares") at a price of 35.0 pence per Common Share.

As a result of this transaction Alan Reade holds 4,168,553 Common Shares, equal to 8.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
