Grant of Warrants
Tertiary Minerals plc, the AIM traded company building a multi-commodity project portfolio announces that as part of the remuneration of employees and directors on 27 February 2020 the Board of the Company granted a total of 8,100,000 warrants to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at 0.340 pence, being the closing mid-market price on the trading day prior to the issue of the Warrants (i.e. 26 February 2020).
