ENIC International Ltd: Release of security over shares
The Company was notified on 19 November 2009 by ENIC International Limited, ("ENIC") a company in which Daniel Levy, Chairman of the Company, is interested, that the committed repurchase standby facility (details of which are set out in paragraph 6.3 of the Offer Document issued by ENIC on 5 July 2007) which related to certain ordinary and preference shares held by ENIC has now been settled in full.
