Notification of Transaction of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRS)
Exercise of options under the Company's 2015 Sharesave Scheme
TT Electronics plc (the "Company") announces that, on 12 November 2018, options were exercised by Richard Tyson, a PDMR of the Company, as set out in the table below pursuant to the maturity of the Company's 2015 Sharesave Scheme. The options were originally granted on 22 September 2015 at a price of 131p and all shares allotted were retained by the individual.
