Tri-Star Resources plc ("Tri-Star" or the "Company")

Director's Dealing and Total Voting Rights

Tri-Star announces that the Company has allotted to Guy Eastaugh 4,308,090 ordinary shares of 0.005p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.166 pence per share.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and it is expected that admission will occur on or around 8th October 2015.

Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, Mr Eastaugh will hold 12,369,690 Ordinary Shares representing 0.15 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.

Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights following admission of the new ordinary shares will be 8,456,919,123 Ordinary Shares.

Tri-Star does not currently hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
