Touchstar plc (AIM: TST), a supplier securing the logistics of people and product to a variety of industrial sectors, announces that it has been informed that on 6 February 2026, Lynden Jones, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 43,442 shares at average price of 59.8 pence per share.
Following these purchases Mr Jones holds 61,246 shares in the Company representing approximately 0.8% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
