Results of AGM

At the Company's Annual General Meeting that took place earlier today, resolutions 1 to 3 were duly passed. Resolutions 4 and 5 were withdrawn following opposition from shareholders. Accordingly, the board will need to seek separate authorities from shareholders should it seek to issue any new ordinary shares.
The Company also announces that Chris Birkle has stood down from the board with immediate effect. The Board would like to thank Mr Birkle for his considerable efforts on behalf of the Company.
