Director/PDMR Shareholding
Blenheim announces that Chris Ells, Chairman of the Company, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.25 pence per Ordinary Share on 14 December 2016. He also purchased 750,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.27 pence per Ordinary Share on 16 December 2016.
Following the above transactions, Chris Ells is beneficially interested in 9,910,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.38% of the issued share capital of the Company.
