Tarsus Group PLC26 June 2007 TARSUS GROUP PLC Launch and Float of CapRegen PLC Tarsus Group plc, the international group with interests in exhibitions,conferences, publishing and online media announces the formation of a newcompany, CapRegen PLC, which has been established in order to make investmentsin the global anti-ageing and regenerative medicine market place. Tarsus has invested £250,000 in cash for a 50 % equity interest in CapRegen, thebalance being held equally by Dr Robert Goldman and Dr Ronald Klatz, who havejointly invested £250,000 in cash. Doctors Goldman and Klatz will be the executive directors of CapRegen. DouglasEmslie, the Managing Director of Tarsus will be non-executive Chairman andNeville Buch, Chairman of Tarsus, will be a non-executive director. Tarsus has a significant involvement in the anti-ageing exhibitions andconferences market by virtue of its recent purchase of 80% of the issued capitalof Medical Conferences International Inc. from Doctors Goldman and Klatz inNovember 2006. CapRegen has today announced its intention to float on the London AlternativeInvestment Market by way of a placing of new ordinary shares. Blue OarSecurities have been appointed NOMAD and Broker to CapRegen.
