Exercise of award under the Tarsus Group plc 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP")
Tarsus Group plc ("Tarsus" or the "Company") announces that it was informed on 12 August 2014 that on 11 August 2014 the independent trustee of the Ogier Employee Benefit Trust Limited transferred the beneficial interest in a total of 69,436 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") to Dan O'Brien, Group Finance Director, in respect of vesting of awards under the LTIP, pursuant to an award made in 2011 as follows:
