Exercise of awards under the Tarsus Group plc 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP")
Tarsus Group plc ("Tarsus" or the "Company") announces that it was informed on 5 May 2015 that on 5 May 2015 the independent trustee of the Tarsus Group Employee Benefit Trust transferred the beneficial interest in a total of 369,589 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") to directors/ persons discharging managerial responsibilities in respect of vesting of awards under the LTIP, pursuant to awards made in 2012 as follows:
