Tarsus announces that it was notified yesterday that on 19 April 2018, Robert Ware, Non-Executive Director, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") of the Company at a price of 307.5p per share.
Robert Ware's interest in Tarsus Shares now totals 275,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.24 percent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
