2009 Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of 2010 Annual General Meeting

Tarsus today announces that it has published and posted its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 (the "Annual Report") to shareholders, together with the notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy. The Company's AGM is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday 16 June 2010 at 26 Upper Pembroke Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 two copies of the Annual Report incorporating the notice of

AGM and form of proxy have today been submitted to the Financial Services Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
